I remember the Friday that I found it and I remember how delighted I was.
Although I do like the stuff that you draw from other places, I would like more posts along the lines of 'noses' and some longish ones from your own experiences. I can't think beyond this. When/If I do - I'll drop in suggestions into the box.
Thank you for starting off this blog, Suvro da. I'll be looking forward to many, many more posts. Take care... Shilpi
Dear sir, I would first like to say that i like this blog of yours very much, even more than the other blog which you write. Here, the posts are so simple, full of humor – statements which do have a deeper meaning within and has got so much to think and reflect upon. To me, these posts are a reflection on the innumerable incidents and happenings of real life which many people hardly notice and i feel one needs to be a good observer to write such simple yet meaningful posts. However, i must say i do agree with the lady who earlier commented on your blogpost – Shilpi – that you can increase the length of your posts a little bit. I do have a question for you – why don’t you encourage more people to comment on this blog which you always do for your other blog? sir, I wish you many more years of joyful writing. Regards, Avishek Mondal ( Student )
I generally keep the posts short here a) to deal with the fact that most people have tiny attention spans, and b) there are long and serious posts enough on the other blog anyway.
As for inviting comments, why, I have done so in this very blogpost itself!
I think it is a pity, though, that this blog has attracted so few followers yet...
I am 61, and for 22 years now a confirmed home-bird. I read, write, teach, counsel, listen to music, exercise, watch movies, have fun with kids including my own, have tried to be a good husband, think all the time, and generally endeavour to live the good life as I have understood it. It's tough, and it's been a long trudge.
